A FAITHFUL(L) ENCOUNTER - STEDELIJK MUSEUM

We raised over 1,4 million Euros in less than 25 minutes at the launch of the Stedelijk Museum Fund. It might have been the sneak peak of the Marlene Dumas exhibition and her impressive act de presence at the dining table that night that triggered the 125 carefully selected guests to become a benefactor. What definitely added flavour to this special evening was the private performance of living 60’s legend Marianne Faithful (muse of Dumas) accompanied by a screaming amplified electric guitar in the museum.
